Ten Ways to Create a Great Office Team"
1. Never forget that the most important customer is your fellow
employee.
2. Say thank you each and every time your co-workers do the
simplest of things for you.
3. Never keep score or there will always be a winner and a loser.
4. Look for opportunities to apply some polish on your
co-workers…..it is your reflection you will see all the brighter.
5. Build each other up in the eyes of your patients.
6. All will surely lose if team members run in opposite directions.
7. You cannot work towards a common good without seeing a goal or
finish line.
8. Your team is only as strong as its leader.
9. Regular workouts (what we know as training) will produce much
strength, mentally and physically.
10. Make believe we're back on our kindergarten playgrounds.
